Cancellation Policy:

Life can be unpredictable, and we totally get that! However, late cancellations or no-shows mean lost healing time for another patient eagerly waiting. 😿 Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. If changes are made within the 48-hour window, a cancellation fee of $50 will apply. No show fee is equal to the cost of your treatment. We really appreciate your understanding! 💛

Primary Care Clinic:

We offer 2 models of Primary Care at METALAB. Regardless of which you choose, you MUST book the Initial Comprehensive Exam to become a patient.

OPTION 1: ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP - $625.00 per year includes

1 Comprehensive Initial Examination - 1 hour, 5 Acute/Regular Appointments - 30 minutes, Any additional visit will be subject to pay-per use fee

OPTION 2: Fee for Service Fees are as per listed.
